Do you ship to my country?
Yes we ship worldwide. If you cant find your country at the checkout please contact us and we’ll sort it out.
What is the return policy?
You can return your unused (you can test it) product within 30 days after purchase if you decide you dont like it or it doesn’t fit you as expected.
How long is the warranty for your products?
We offer a warranty of 1 year which will cover malfunction from production, but not accident or normal wear.
Do you offer customizations such as specific colors?
Unfortunately we cant make custom colors but are glad to listen to what you want to see in the future.
Do you offer engraving?
At the moment we can’t offer custom engraving in a time efficient way. We are looking into ways of doing so.

We are based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Our production is located in Hong Kong with a partner that we have 100% confidence with.

What is the difference between the automatic version and the normal version?
The automatic versions has a mechanical movement that is powered by the movements of your wrist and the normal version is a robust quartz battery powered movement.
How do I change the straps?
The straps are attached with a regular watch pin. Therefore all our replacements straps are compatible with all our watches as well as most replacements strap. (20mm width for normal version and 16mm for petit version)

- What kind of finish do you use on your watches?
The stainless steel version has a brushed finish and the gold version use an IPG gold plating with a brushed finish. It is an excellent plating which wont wear away.?It is stated under each watch which finish is used.
Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, this is possible. There is an option in the checkout to ship to different adress. If you want us to not include an invoice in the package please state this in the message field.
I saw one of your watches in a photo but it is not listed on your site?
